- Agreement to Terms
1.1 By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use. We advise you to review these documents carefully before making a purchase.
- Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Pro Audio Development Limited.
- "You," "Your" refers to the customer placing an order for goods or services.
- "Order" means a request you submit to purchase products or services via our website.
- "Products" means the goods or services offered for sale on our website.
- Account Registration
3.1 To place an order, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Keep your account username and password secure and confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to Product availability and our acceptance.
- Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.
- An order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance.
- A separate email confirming our acceptance will be sent. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept specified credit cards and electronic payment methods.
- You declare that you are the legitimate holder of the payment card used.
- You authorize us to process your payment through our third-party payment service providers. Your card details will be securely transmitted to the relevant financial institution. Our providers use strong encryption and authentication technologies (including Extended Validation SSL Certificates) to ensure every transaction is secure. You are responsible for all orders and charges made under your account.
- We will retain legal title of all Products until we receive payment in full.
- Delivery & Collection
6.1 Delivery Service
- Scope: We offer free standard delivery to specified delivery addresses within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.
- Schedule: Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, excluding public holidays. Delivery to certain time slots may incur an extra charge.
- Notification: Our delivery agent will call you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the agreed delivery time.
6.2 Additional Delivery Charges
6.2.1 Certain delivery circumstances will incur additional fees, payable in cash directly to the delivery team upon receipt of a valid receipt.

Important Notes on Additional Charges:
- Quotations: Extra-large items (e.g., TVs >85") or complex situations require a pre-delivery survey and a formal quotation.
- Exclusions: Fees do not cover dismantling fixtures or removing items that do not fit into the residence.
6.3 Warehouse pick-up
- Timeframe: You must collect your order within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.
- Verification: You or your authorised representative must present the order confirmation email. We may request further identification to verify ownership for your security. We reserve the right to refuse collection if identity cannot be verified.
- Changes: Once your order is confirmed, you may not change the collection method. Any request to change the delivery time, date, or address must be made via our Customer Service hotline at least 24 hours in advance (during business hours, Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays).
6.4 General Terms for Delivery & Warehouse pick-up
- Method: You must specify your preferred collection method (delivery or warehouse pick-up) in your order.
- Changes: Once your order is confirmed, you may not change the collection method. Any request to change the delivery time, date, or address must be made via our Customer Service hotline at (852) 2367 0688 at least 24 hours in advance (during business hours, Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Inspection: Upon delivery or pick-up, you must inspect the products for any external damage and confirm the quantity matches your order before signing the delivery note.
- Acceptance: Signing the delivery note constitutes your acceptance that the Products are correct and of satisfactory quality.
- Failed Delivery: If our courier cannot complete delivery to the specified address (e.g., for security reasons or lack of confirmation), we may require you to collect the order from our warehouse at your own expense.
- Returns & Refunds
- Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, all sales are final. We do not accept requests for order cancellation, changes, or refunds based on a change of mind.
- Inspection upon Receipt: You must inspect the Products immediately upon delivery or pickup. Please check for any external damage, defects, or missing accessories. Any issues must be reported to us via the Customer Service hotline within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance that the Product is undamaged and operational.
- Returns & Returns: Exchange are offered solely for Products with manufacturing defects. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate a request. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances, and Products cannot be exchanged for different items of equivalent value.
- Manufacturer Warranty: The warranty for products is provided by their respective manufacturers. Please refer to the warranty card for details and contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty service or repairs during the warranty period.
- Final Decision: We reserve the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Audio Development Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or its Products. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or service in question.
- Force Majeure
9.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or shortages.
- Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
